Under the leadership of Joan Rommel and Patrice Rhymer, the SDD training, organization partnered with the SBD sales, support, and customer service organization to undertake an initiative to improve performance in the customer experience. By revitalizing the customer contact and leadership training process. Research was conducted to identify the process and core competencies necessary for high performance. The results identified the customer contact process and key behaviors needed to achieve the overall goal of the customer interaction, “to deliver maximum value to customers”. Sage software (SBD), joins an elite circle of best in practice winners.
